Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We currently ship all orders from our UK fulfilment centre.

Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days once your order has been dispatched. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders

Some products, including the KBSIX Mat, are available for pre-order.
Pre-orders allow you to secure your mat before the next production batch sells out — we only make limited quantities.

If your order contains a pre-order item:

  • Your payment will be processed at the time of checkout to reserve your spot.

  • Estimated shipping dates will always be shown on the product page (e.g. ships late November).

  • Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the process, so you know exactly when your order is leaving our warehouse.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the UK.
Delivery times vary based on destination and courier availability. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • UK: Free standard delivery on all orders over £60.

  • International: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if provided).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at info@kbsix.com — we’ll help resolve it right away.

Summary for Pre-Order Customers

The KBSIX Mat is currently available on pre-order, with only a limited number in our first batch.
Pre-orders are expected to ship late December, Early January and all customers will receive updates as soon as their order is dispatched.
